What areas do you serve?
We're based in Syracuse, Indiana. We serve these towns, within about 20 miles: Syracuse, Milford, Benton, New Paris, Cromwell, Millersburg, Oswego, North Webster, Leesburg, Ligonier, Kimmell, Goshen, Nappanee, Topeka, Warsaw, Wawaka, Winona Lake, Wakarusa, Wolf Lake, Wooster, Pierceton, Dunlap, Middlebury, Albion, Brimfield, Etna Green, Larwill, Merriam, and Shipshewana. If you don't see your town, call 574-549-8740 and ask.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Master Services LLC is licensed and insured. Our Indiana plumbing contractor license number is PC12500073.
Do you do both plumbing and bathroom work?
Yes. We do plumbing repairs, water heaters, leak detection, garbage disposals, fixture installs, and plumbing rough-ins, and we also do tub, shower and tile work, and bathroom remodels. Since we handle the plumbing ourselves, there's one family responsible from start to finish.
Do you take emergency calls?
Yes. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and on weekends we take emergency calls only. If you have a plumbing emergency, call 574-549-8740.
How much is a service call?
A service call is $65.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Weekends are for emergency calls only. If we can't pick up, leave a voicemail and we'll call you back.
How do I book?
Call 574-549-8740, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. If we're on a job, leave a message with your name, town, and what's going on, and we'll call you back. You can also email masterservices8740@gmail.com.
Who will actually show up at my house?
Our family. Master Services is run by Kyle and Heidi, so the person you talk to on the phone is part of the team that does the work.
